All images on the MADAM site are the property of Mission Australia (MA) and cannot be used for any purpose other than directly promoting Mission Australia. A condition of use is that you follow the below processes – you must not remove images from the MADAM site without following the correct process. Use of the MADAM site may be revoked at any time due to inappropriate use, and further disciplinary action may apply. Wherever possible Mission Australia does not use images of its clients, past or present.

When should I use the image library?

• For use in Microsoft Office programs, such Word documents or PowerPoint presentations.
• To search for suitable images for use on the MA public website, Intranet or websites which directly advertise the programs and services of Mission Australia.
• After receiving approval to use an external design agency from the internal studio team (madam@missionaustralia.com.au) you may download suitable images for the purpose of the project.
• Images for use by third parties when promoting their partnership with MA only.
  
  

When should I NOT use the image library?

• For designs which have not been given approval by the MA Studio Team (madam@missionaustralia.com.au)
• For images to be used by third parties when promoting multiple partnerships including other charities or organisations, or a general charity theme. In other words, the promotion must be third party and MA, working together for/towards a common goal.
• To find images for personal use.
  
  

You should:

• Always request the appropriate size for the proposed end use (if you need help, ask the studio team for advice madam@missionaustralia.com.au).
• For large format images, request the image for each purpose required – for example, you may not continue to use the same image over a variety of programs, services or advertisements. Version control of images is important to maintain consistency, to ensure correct use of all images and to maintain an audit trail of where each digital asset has been used. It also allows the Studio Team to plan for image buying in the future based on image popularity. This will make a better image library for us all.
• Request an image if you can’t find an appropriate one by emailing your requirements to the Studio Team: madam@missionaustralia.com.au. The team will be happy to help.
  
  

You should NOT:

• Attempt to remove the images from the MADAM site without following the correct process.
• Use screen capture or a snipping tool to retrieve images. These techniques are prohibited under these Terms and may result in disciplinary action being taken.
